From the warehouse floor to SAP.
An SAP logistics consultant who started in warehouses — not in front of a config screen.
I studied Supply Chain Management at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business.
Before consulting, I worked the warehouse floor — designing racking layouts, optimizing bin placement, and planning containers in live distribution centres. Since then, I've delivered SAP projects for companies across retail, pharma, healthcare, and distribution, on S/4HANA Cloud and on-premise, with embedded and decentralized EWM.
That includes TM and shipping: container shipping, pharma shipping, and integration with FedEx and UPS distribution systems. I've seen a lot of different systems — and I've learned what makes an implementation succeed.
I work to SAP best practices and the Clean Core methodology, including RISE with SAP implementations — the approach more and more companies are asking for.
That operations background is why my SAP work is different. When I configure EWM, TM, IM, WM, or PP, I'm designing for the people moving the product — not just for the process diagram.
SAP projects since 2020, freelance since 2023, working through my own corporation. Based in Montreal, Canada — I work remotely worldwide and come on-site for go-lives, demos, and key milestones. With Italian and Canadian citizenship, I can work in Canada and the EU without a visa. I regularly work across North America, Latin America, and Europe.
